Artist:Liu Yaohua

Liu Yaohua, born in 1982, completed five years of elementary school, five years of junior high, five years of senior high, and five years of undergraduate study before graduating from the Department of Architecture at Chang’an University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. He has worked as an architect, artist’s assistant, editor, and art project manager at Ai Weiwei Studio, Art Bank magazine, and Huayu Group. His work spans various media including video, installation, sound, performance, and text, with a focus on conceptual exploration and practice in contemporary art. In addition, he registered the WeChat public account “ONEWORK” in 2018, dedicated to the independent promotion and dissemination of contemporary art, and has initiated and curated a series of art projects.
